XANDRA KLEINE – VAN DIJK

Xandra Kleine-van Dijk is a tax adviser and lawyer. She is the founder of Tax-Insight and has over 35 years of experience in the field of international tax law.

Prior to founding her own advisory firm, Xandra was an international tax adviser and a full partner at the law office Spigt Dutch Caribbean for over nine years. She advised numerous clients on investments in Curacao and the other islands of the former Dutch Caribbean and on the use of the different tax facilities Curacao offers, including private foundations and trusts.

Xandra also assisted in providing tax holidays for hotels, arranging for the special expatriate tax status, establishing Caribbean investment companies,  e-zone companies and advised in matters of estate planning.

From 1998 till 2003 she was a Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

At the renowned law firm Baker & McKenzie she was a tax lawyer and salary partner in Amsterdam between 1987 and 1998 and worked for its Washington office in 1990 and 1991.

She is member of the Curacao International Financial Association (CIFA), the secretary of the Foundation Financial Task Force Tax Treaties, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and member of the Association of Antillean Tax Lawyers.
